JTVC-855 is a vertical machining center developed by Kejie Technology based on over 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing CNC machines. It is a new product created by Kejie Technology for fields with high efficiency and high processing quality requirements. This machine is widely used for batch processing of parts in auto parts, aerospace, 3C products, industrial automation, communications and other industries, and for the production and processing of various precision forms.

● With many years of experience in the design and manufacture of CNC machines, combined with FEM finite element analysis, the main components of the base, column and saddle use unique high rigidity designs and eliminate internal stresses, ensuring stable and reliable dynamic operation of the machine.
● Three-axis linear precision rolling guide design with fast acceleration and deceleration, effectively improving the machining efficiency and machine precision even under heavier loads.
● The BBT40 short nose spindle is equipped with a powerful motor and forced cooling system to provide better cutting performance of the machine.
● Stable base and column, combined with light movement axis components, effectively ensure machine stability during high acceleration and deceleration.
● Automatic chip removal device makes cleaning more convenient.
